Choose your favorite story, then fill in the requested information: the child's first name, gender and other elements offered according to the book.
You can also add a personal dedication to make your gift even more special unique.
Can I add a personal dedication?
Of course! You can write a little note that will be printed in the book.
A lovely way to convey a message of love, celebrate a special occasion or create a treasured memory.
Can we personalize a book for two children?
Some of our books allow you to add a second character to the story.

Yes. Before confirming your order, take the time to carefully check the first name, dedication and other personalization information.
Each book is made especially for its recipient, this information is important.
Our books
What age are the books aimed at? Zebrabook ?
Our stories are mainly aimed at children aged 0 to 10.
Each book offers a different universe, to accompany first discoveries as well as great adventures.
They are perfect for a birthday, Christmas, a birth, a baptism or simply to make pleasure.
What formats are available?
Our books exist in several formats, depending on the story chosen:
Landscape format: The World Tour, The European Tour, The space odyssey and Le Voyage dans le temps.
Square format 21 × 21 cm: The Ocean of Feelings and The suitcase.
Portrait format : The animal book and The talent book.
The exact dimensions are indicated on each product sheet.
Where are the books printed?
For orders in the European Union, our books are printed in Germany.
For destinations outside the European Union, we collaborate with an international network of printers and favor, when possible, production close to the country of destination.
This organization aims to reduce transport distances, costs and deadlines shipping.
Which languages are the books available in?
Our stories are offered in six languages: French, Dutch, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
You can choose the desired language in the book options.
Order and delivery
How long is the delivery time? ?
The usual delivery time is 5 to 8 working days, including for destinations outside Europe.
This time is indicative and may vary depending on destination, production and carrier.
What are the delivery costs?
Standard delivery is generally offered at 4,90 €.
Delivery is free from the purchase of two books, according to the conditions applicable to your destination.
The final costs are always indicated at checkout.
Can I modify my order after payment?
If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@zebrabook.com.
As our books are custom made, we cannot guarantee a change once production has started.
Can I track my order?
When the shipping method chosen provides tracking, the corresponding information will be communicated to you upon shipment.

What to do if my book arrives damaged or contains an error?
Contact us at hello@zebrabook.com specifying your order number and, if possible, attaching a photo of the problem encountered.
We will examine your request and seek a solution adapted to the situation.
Can I return a personalized book?
As our books are specially made from the information you provide, they do not generally benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to standard products, in accordance with the rules applicable to personalized goods.
This does not limit your rights in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.
