Delivery policy

Manufacture and delivery of your personalized book

Each Zebrabook book is specially printed on demand.

The usual delivery time is 5 to 8 working days, for the destinations we serve, including outside Europe. This is an estimate and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Where are our books printed?

For orders to the European Union, our books are printed by our partner located in Germany. For orders outside the European Union, we collaborate with an international network connected to around 150 printing companies around the world, in order to favor printing as close as possible to the country of destination.

This organization makes it possible to limit transport distances, costs and shipping times, and to reduce when possible the formalities linked to international shipments. It does not guarantee the absence of customs controls.
